As Odoo's implementation partner in Vietnam, Entrosoft is consistently dedicated to delivering optimal enterprise management solutions to its clients. Entrosoft recently held a meaningful meeting to engage with Odoo's domestic and international teams.

This meeting provided an opportunity for Entrosoft to update progress, share insights on customer care activities, discuss strategies, and, in particular, provide feedback on Odoo’s new features. Below are the highlights from Entrosoft’s experience.

1.1 Updates on Progress and Customer Care Activities

 The meeting began with Entrosoft sharing its progress in implementing the Odoo system for client businesses in Vietnam. Thanks to customized and optimized solutions, we have significantly improved clients’ performance in sales management and customer service. Entrosoft greatly appreciates the dedicated technical support and consultation from the Odoo team, who are always ready to ensure a smooth implementation process. However, we highlighted some challenges, such as the need for more time and detailed documentation to train clients’ employees in using the system. The Odoo team acknowledged these points and proposed organizing in-depth training sessions while providing additional support materials, which left us very satisfied and confident in enhancing the client experience.

1.2 Discussion on Strategy and Collaboration Goals 

The next part of the meeting focused on discussing long-term strategies and goals to enhance the effectiveness of Odoo’s implementation in the Vietnamese market. Entrosoft aims to strengthen the integration of core modules such as CRM and sales management to help clients optimize their business processes. The Odoo team suggested adopting advanced data analytics tools to enable Entrosoft to assist clients in predicting trends and making more accurate strategic decisions. We were deeply impressed by Odoo’s understanding of the Vietnamese market and the specific solutions proposed, which perfectly align with Entrosoft’s vision of delivering optimal value to client businesses. 1.3

A highlight of the meeting was the discussion on Odoo’s latest features. We were particularly impressed with the process automation and advanced analytics reporting features, which save time and increase data management accuracy for clients. However, to better suit Vietnamese users, we proposed some customizations, such as optimizing the user interface for greater user-friendliness. The Odoo team was very receptive, committing to collaborate with their technical team to evaluate and implement these improvements, giving Entrosoft greater confidence in deploying solutions for clients.
