On 01/07/2025, ENTROSOFT and Central Retail Việt Nam (CRV) officially kicked off the development of a Contract Management and Shopping Mall Leasing Management mobile app — putting the entire leasing approval process and a full view of mall operations on the management team's phones.
The challenge: managing retail space leasing across a chain of shopping malls
Each shopping mall has numerous units, each with its own contract, tenant, term and status. Every change — from leasing forms and contract amendment requests to zone change plans — requires management approval. When approvers constantly travel between malls, having to open a computer to review documents slows the process down, and the picture of “which units are vacant and which leases are about to expire” is never at hand.
The solution: a mobile app connected to Odoo Leasing Management
1. Centralized approvals, anytime, anywhere
- Brings together every request awaiting approval from the LMS module: Leasing Entry Forms (LEF), Change Requests (Change Request), electronic signatures (E-Sign), tenant coordination (Tenant Coordination), zone change plans (Change Block Plan) and requests from the Approvals module.
- The detail screen shows the document type, unit, tenant, dates, person in charge and attached PDF files.

2. Interactive shopping mall floor plan

3. Seamless integration with Odoo via API
ENTROSOFT developed a set of custom APIs connecting the app to CRV's Odoo Property/Leasing Management platform: user authentication, lists and details of pending documents, approve/reject actions, and unit data for the floor plan — all synced in real time, with no double data entry.
4. Enterprise-grade security
- Inherits two-factor authentication (2FA) and role-based access control (RBAC) from Odoo.
- Data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS; the API uses tokens and rate limiting.
- Every action (login, approval) is logged in Odoo for auditing.
