We are a third-party developer that provides ERP solutions that help e-commerce merchants manage their business seamlessly across platforms like Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, and TikTok. Our software integrates with these platforms via API to synchronize orders, products, and payments, helping you optimize your operations and grow your online store.

1. Service Overview
- Purpose: Our EntroE-commerce system is designed to support e-commerce sellers to manage orders, product listings, inventory and payments on supported platforms (Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, TikTok).
- API Integration: We connect with e-commerce platforms via their official API to sync data in real-time or on a scheduled basis, depending on your subscription plan.
- Software Access: Our apps are provided as a cloud-based service, or as a software download, depending on your plan.
2. Registration and Pricing
- Service Plans: We offer tiered subscription plans based on features, number of connected stores, and transaction volume.
- Prices: All prices are listed in VND and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Terms: Payments are processed monthly or annually via [list method, e.g. credit/debit card, bank transfer]. Invoices are issued upon subscription renewal and are accessible in your account dashboard.
- Free Trial: We offer a free trial for new users. No upfront payment is required, but you must provide payment information to continue after the trial ends.
3. Account Setup and API Connection
- Initialization process: After registration, you need to provide API credentials (e.g. API key, token) for each connected e-commerce platform.
- Supported Platforms: Currently we support Shopee, Tiki, Lazada and TikTok. New platforms. May be added based on demand and feasibility.
- Sync: Data synchronization (orders, products, payments) starts after API connection is verified. Delays may occur due to platform limitations or authentication errors.
4. Use and Responsibility
- Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining valid API access with each ecommerce platform, complying with their terms of service, and keeping your account information secure.
- Our Responsibilities: We ensure the ERP system operates as described, provides accurate data synchronization (subject to the reliability of the platform API), and maintains reasonable uptime (see Section 8).
- Disclaimer: We are not responsible for errors due to platform API changes, outages, or your failure to update your credentials.
5. Data and Privacy
- Data Processing: We collect and process data (e.g. order details, product information, payment records) only to provide the service. Data is stored securely and encrypted according to industry standards.
- Ownership: You retain ownership of all data synced through our system. We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing the service without your explicit consent.

6. Customer Support
- Contact Channels: Contact us via support email or live chat on the website. Support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 GMT+7.
- Response Time: We try to respond to inquiries within 04 business hours. Priority support is available for premium plan subscribers.
- Technical Support: For API connection issues, sync errors, or software questions, contact support directly.
7. Cancellation of Service and Refunds
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: No refunds for unused portion of monthly subscription.
- Trial Period: There are no refunds for the trial period as it is free.
8. Availability and Service Downtime
- Uptime Commitment: We strive for 100% uptime for our cloud-based ERP systems, excluding scheduled maintenance.
- Platform Dependency: Our Services depend on the availability and stability of e-commerce platform APIs. We are not responsible for disruptions due to platform outages or API changes beyond our control.
- Backups: We perform regular backups of your sync data. However, we recommend that you maintain your own records just in case.
9. Updates and Maintenance
- Software Updates: We regularly release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or accommodate platform API changes. Updates are automatic for cloud users or downloadable for on-premises users.
- Compatibility: We strive to maintain compatibility with supported platforms. If a platform updates its API causing a service disruption, we will attempt to restore functionality as quickly as possible.
10. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The ERP system, including source code, design and documentation, is the intellectual property of Entrosoft.
- License: The Subscriber is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for e-commerce activities during the subscription term.
11. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (e.g. lost revenue, lost data) arising from the use of our ERP system, unless required by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the registered service package.
12. Policy Updates
- We may update these policies periodically. Changes will be posted here with an adjusted “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services following updates means you accept the revised terms.
