E-commerce Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our ERP system and services (“Services”), which support e-commerce sellers in managing orders, products, and payments on Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, and TikTok through API integration. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance
Using the Service means you accept these Terms. We may update the Terms, and the new version will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use after an update means you agree.
2. Conditions
You must be 18 years or older, trade on a supported platform, and provide accurate account information.
3. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for your e-commerce needs. You may not copy, modify, or misuse the Service.
4. Accounts & API
You are responsible for setting up your account, providing valid API credentials, and maintaining access to the platform. We are not responsible for errors due to inaccurate data or platform issues.
5. Payment
Fees are billed monthly or annually via [payment method] and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Plans automatically renew unless canceled. Fees are subject to change with [X days' notice].
6. Availability
We aim for 100% uptime, excluding maintenance or disruptions from the platform. The service may be adjusted to improve or adapt to changes from the platform.
7. Termination
- You: Cancel anytime via account; ends at end of the billing cycle (no monthly refunds).
- We: May suspend/terminate for non-payment, abuse or breach. Data may be deleted 48 hours after termination.
8. Intellectual Property
We own the Service; you own the data. You give us permission to process the data to provide the Service.
9. Responsibility
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 01 month. We are not responsible for indirect damages (e.g. lost profits) or problems from the platform.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us for any claims resulting from abuse, infringement or disputes with your platform/customers.
